Witter Critter Collective Return & Refund Policy
At Witter Critter Collective, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-made products. Since each item is made to order, we have specific guidelines to ensure customer satisfaction.
Eligible for Return or Refund
We offer a free reprint or a full refund if:
- The product is defective or damaged.
- The wrong item was received.
- The product does not match the description or images provided.
Important: To qualify, issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery. Please provide clear photographic evidence of the issue when contacting us.
Not Eligible for Return or Refund
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Orders placed with incorrect size, color, or design choices.
- Products that were ordered correctly but the customer changed their mind.
- Minor print placement variations (within 0.5 inches) on direct-to-garment (DTG) products.
Lost or Returned Packages
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can:
- Offer a reprint with an additional charge.
How to Report an Issue
To report an issue with your order, please email us at office@wittycrittercollective.com within 30 days of delivery. Include the following in your email:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photos or videos of the defective or incorrect item.
Our team will review your email and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
